		<description>Then that is why we must stay on top of the politicians to insure they understand what we are trying to do so they quit cutting funding while increasing mandates.  I plan to continue to share the knowledge to as many state level folks as I can. Either they will start asking questions of us in the trenches, or they will start making wiser choices so that we stop bothering them. ;) Besides, even a blind mouse can find some cheese once in awhile.</description>

it is not surprising to me that the people in charge of technology have a heard time dealing with technology. It isn&#039;t just us, it is science, language arts, everything. 
That is why it ends up being the politicians with often even less knowledge of the topic that set the agenda.
